AWESOME, peaceful, private home for one lucky grad student. Genial live-in owner. SU a 8-9 min.

Heavenly home away from home. I am a caring landlady who lives on the premises. For 10 years my lovely, peaceful, beautifully furnished home has been a safe, secure, and happy dwelling place for grad students and professional people. It is located 2... short blocks from LeMoyne College, and about an 8-9 minute drive to Syracuse University.
Tenants have have full use of the house — which includes the following:
A common area with a dining table, plush sofa with auto-control reclining seats, large screen monitor for viewing, Apple TV, CDs, DVDs, and even classic VHS tapes.. This room is just off the kitchen where tenants have . . .
Kitchen privileges: use of dishes, pots/pans, cupboards, refrigerator/freezer storage space, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, etc. and oven.
Two full bathrooms
Basement with laundry privileges.
On-street parking (No changing sides of street each day.)
And, of course, Wi-Fi.
All of the above are included in the rent.

Providing a wonderful, comfortable home for grad students and professionals has been a two-way blessing, both for them and me. Some students have kept in touch over the years, including the very first two students I rented to — both from China. I have also had students from Colorado, Nigeria, Cameroon, Boston, the Bronx, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and, Long Island. Each one has been special and unique in their own individual way.

The students have said what they pay to live here, for what they get in terms of an ideal place to live, is a much less compared to most other places in the area. A number of grad students have been with me 4 or more years. I have been blessed by having such outstanding young people share my home, and have learned a great deal from them. I look forward to the next tenant. Perhaps that will be you!
